Executive Assistant (1099 Contractor) – Remote, U.S. Based Only

The Savvy OBM is growing! We are a premium Executive Assistant and OBM agency made up of highly skilled, experienced professional contractors. We are looking for exceptional U.S.-based Executive Assistants to join our supportive remote team.

About the Role:
This is a 1099 contractor position. We are looking for seasoned Executive Assistants with a proven track record of working remotely and supporting busy entrepreneurs and founders at a high level. You must have the confidence, skills, and systems in place to professionally and effectively work with founders and executives — guiding them through delegation and helping them achieve their goals.

What We’re Looking For:

• U.S.-based ONLY (must reside and work within the U.S.)
• 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience
• 2+ years of remote work experience
• Prior or current experience as a 1099 contractor preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and able to hit the ground running
• Strong time management and ability to work independently
• Seeking a long-term opportunity (1+ years) where you can grow with a client and consistently provide high-level support and value.

Compensation:

• Pay is $30 - $45/hour

Please Note:
As a boutique agency, we take time to personally match team members with the right clients. After being hired, there may be a waiting period of 1 week to 2 months before you are paired with a client, depending on client needs and selection.

However, once matched, our clients are looking for Executive Assistants who are committed to staying long-term and growing with them and their businesses.
