Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai for an Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing schedules, organizing meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining records. Additional tasks include coordinating travel arrangements, preparing reports, and providing administrative support to the executive team.

Qualifications
  • Administrative Skills: Proficiency in managing schedules, organizing meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining records
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to interact with senior executives and stakeholders
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with office software and tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite
  • Professionalism: A high degree of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
  • Flexible and Adaptable: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Relevant Experience: Prior experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role is preferred
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field is beneficial
