Role Description


This is a full-time, on-site role located in Heliopolis for an Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance, drafting reports and presentations, and offering comprehensive executive support. Daily tasks will include scheduling meetings, managing communications, handling administrative duties, and ensuring efficient operation of the office.


Qualifications


  • Skills in Executive Administrative Assistance
  • Experience with drafting reports and presentation
  • Strong Communication skills (English and Arabic)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Proficiency in MS Office particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Prior experience in the property management or retail sector is a plus
  • HR experience is highly recommended
  • Experience with social media posting is a plus.

Salary range: 10,000 - 15,000 EGP
