J ob Role: Executive Assistant

Experience required: upto 2 years - PLEASE DON'T APPLY WITH MORE THAN 4 YRS. OF EXP. AND SALARY WOULD BE UPTO 3.60LPA CTC.

Job Location : Ghitorni - South Delhi (Work From Office)

Working Days: 5 (Sat & Sun Fixed Off)


Position Overview : We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our senior management team. This role will involve managing executive communication, preparing corporate documents, scheduling meetings, arranging corporate events, & maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.



Responsibilities


  • Calendar management for executives
  • Aid executive in preparing for meetings
  • Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of executives
  • Draft slides, meeting notes and documents for executives


Qualifications and Skills:


  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Proficiency in collaboration and delegation of duties.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to firm-specific programs and software.
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
  • Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, etc.
