Job Summary


Provides professional and high-level administrative support to the Executive Director and other senior staff. Performs a variety of secretarial and administrative tasks and reports directly to the Executive Director.


Duties & Responsibilities


  1. Performs clerical and administrative tasks, including drafting letters, memos, invoices, and other documents.
  2. Arranges travel and accommodations for executives.
  3. Maintains the executive’s agenda and assists in scheduling appointments, board meetings, and conferences.
  4. Receives and screens phone calls and redirects them when appropriate.
  5. Handles confidential documents, ensuring they remain secure.
  6. Prepares presentations and reports as assigned.
  7. Schedules and attends meetings on behalf of executives, taking notes and recording minutes.
  8. Acts as a communication link between the executive and employees.
  9. Organizes and maintains a filing system, keeping documents and records in a systematic and easily retrievable manner.
  10. Performs additional duties as assigned by the executives.
