We are seeking ahighly organized and proactive Executive Assistant (Office Manager)to oversee daily office operations and provide administrative support.

In this role, you will be responsible formanaging office activities, coordinating schedules, handling correspondence, and ensuring smooth office operations.

A successful Executive Assistant (Office Manager), should havestrong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities
  • Managing office operations and performing administrative tasks as required.
  • Handling correspondence, includingemails, phone calls, and official documents.
  • Organizing and maintaining office records, contracts, and confidential files.
  • Scheduling and coordinatingmeetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Liaising with internal teams, clients, and external partners.
  • Preparingreports, presentations, and other business documents.
  • Monitoring office supplies and ensuring timely procurement.
  • Assisting with office expenses, invoices, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
  • Supporting HR tasks such as employee records, on boarding, and documentation.
  • Ensuring the office environment is well-maintained and operates smoothly.
Skills
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1-3 years of experiencein an administrative or office management role.
  • Strongorganizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency inMicrosoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)and office management software.
  • Excellentwritten and verbal communication skillsin Arabic, English (Russian is a plus).
