Key Responsibilities
1. Calendar & Scheduling
- Manage the founder’s daily calendar.
- Block, reschedule, prioritize meetings ruthlessly.
- Ensure zero conflicts and zero time-wasters.
2. Communication Handling
- Draft, respond, and manage emails/messages.
- Maintain professional, crisp communication.
- Follow up with clients, vendors, and team without needing reminders.
3. Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare reports, summaries, MOMs.
- Maintain docs: contracts, proposals, invoices.
- Keep everything organized and accessible instantly.
4. Task & Project Coordination
- Track ongoing tasks and ensure deadlines are met.
- Coordinate between departments to keep workflows frictionless.
- Anticipate issues before they become problems.
5. Travel & Logistics
- Book travel, stay, meetings, events.
- Handle itineraries with accuracy and clarity.
6. Research & Data Work
- Conduct quick, reliable research.
- Create briefs, comparative sheets, and actionable insights.
7. Personal Assistance (as required)
- Handle personal tasks that save the founder’s time.
- Maintain confidentiality and trust.

- Excellent written and verbal communication.

- Tech-savvy: Google Workspace, MS Office, CRM tools.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1–3 years experience in admin/EA/operations role.
- Strong command over English.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
