Executive Assistant

Overview

We’re looking for a proactive, creative, and highly organized individual to support daily business operations while managing and growing our social media presence. This role blends content creation with administrative support, ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, adaptable, and excited to help elevate both brand visibility and workflow efficiency.

Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management

• Plan, create, and schedule content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
• Edit short-form videos, reels, and stories
• Manage engagement: respond to comments, DMs, and community interactions
• Track analytics and report on content performance
• Research trends, audio, competitors, and new content opportunities
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic
• Assist in managing collaborations, influencer partnerships, and outreach

Administrative / Assistant Duties

• Manage calendars, appointments, and reminders
• Assist with task organization, project tracking, and follow-ups
• Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements
• Draft emails, messages, and documents as needed
• Help with basic business operations and keeping workflows organized
• Run occasional errands or complete personal tasks (if applicable)
• Maintain files, notes, and systems for efficiency

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends
• Experience with video editing apps (CapCut, InShot, Canva, etc.)
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Highly organized with strong time management
• Ability to handle multiple tasks at once
• Self-starter with a creative eye and attention to detail
• Professional, trustworthy, and comfortable handling confidential information

Bonus Skills (Not Required, But a Plus)

• Graphic design experience
• Photography/video production skills
• Experience with social media analytics tools
• Familiarity with marketing, branding, or CRM systems

Schedule & Compensation

• Part-time or full-time depending on fit
• Hybrid or remote depending on availability
• Pay based on experience and skillset

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
