Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to work full time in our office. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, values consistency, and takes ownership of their responsibilities. Reliability, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential for success in this position.

This is a full-time, in-office role with occasional field visits to local properties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming and outgoing work orders, ensuring follow-up and timely resolution
  • Answer and route phone calls and emails professionally and promptly
  • Coordinate and schedule vendor repairs and maintenance
  • Assist with marketing efforts, including social media posting and engagement
  • Maintain organized schedules, calendars, appointments, and internal records
  • Support compliance with tenant/landlord regulations and company policies
  • Conduct property visits and inspections as needed
  • Provide daily administrative support to leadership and office operations

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong reliability and consistent in-office attendance
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Comfortable using social media platforms and basic content creation
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform occasional physical tasks
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills
  • Professional communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently and follow established processes
  • Must be 18 years or older

Preferred Qualifications

  • Real estate license (a plus, not required)
  • Fluency in Spanish (a strong bonus)
  • Prior experience in property management, real estate, or administrative roles

Work Environment & Schedule

  • Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • In-office position based in Las Vegas
  • Occasional local travel to properties
  • Professional office setting with periodic outdoor property visits
