Overview:
We are a rapidly growing UK-based accounting firm seeking a proactive and organised Executive Assistant.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in detail-oriented work, takes ownership of tasks, and supports the firm’s growth. The role involves client onboarding, compliance, company secretarial tasks, and administrative coordination
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage client onboarding, document collection, and verification.
· Conduct AML/KYC checks in line with UK regulatory standards.
· Perform company secretarial tasks.
· Draft professional emails and respond promptly to client enquiries.
· Communicate effectively with regulatory bodies and head office staff.
· Prepare reports, follow up on pending tasks, and coordinate administrative workflows.
· Prepare proposals and engagement documents and track their completion.
· Maintain organised records and collaborate with team members to meet deadlines.
Requirements:
· 2+ years’ experience in an administrative, executive assistant, or company secretarial role, preferably in accounting or professional services.
· Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
· Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks independently.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with cloud-based accounting systems (e.g., Xero) is advantageous.
· Knowledge of AML/KYC processes is a plus.
· Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes.
· A master degree in business administration or related field.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
