Co Build Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant (Female) to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to senior management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling confidential information, and ensuring smooth day-to-day executive operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize executive calendars, appointments, and meetings
- Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes
- Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of management
- Handle confidential documents and sensitive information with discretion
- Arrange travel plans, meetings, and company events
- Assist in follow-ups, task tracking, and deadline management
- Maintain records, files, and documentation in an organized manner
- Support management in daily administrative and operational tasks
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Professional attitude with strong attention to detail
