Role Overview
Following is seeking a highly reliable and discreet Female Personal Secretary to support senior leadership. This role requires exceptional confidentiality, sound judgment, and the ability to manage sensitive information with absolute professionalism.
You will serve as a trusted point of coordination across internal teams, external partners, and leadership — handling communications, schedules, documents, and personal matters where required. Discretion, accuracy, and composure are critical to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
- Manage calendars, meetings, reminders, and daily schedules for senior leadership
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, calls, and follow-ups
- Prepare briefing notes, summaries, and agendas ahead of meetings
Confidential Communication Handling
- Manage sensitive emails, messages, and documents with strict confidentiality
- Act as a controlled communication gatekeeper where required
- Ensure accurate message relay without interpretation, leakage, or distortion
Documentation & Records
- Maintain confidential files, contracts, agreements, and internal records
- Draft, format, and organize documents, correspondence, and presentations
- Handle private and business documents with secure storage and access control
Coordination & Liaison
- Coordinate with internal departments, clients, vendors, and partners on behalf of leadership
- Track action items, deadlines, and follow-ups across ongoing matters
- Handle discreet coordination related to travel, appointments, or personal scheduling when required
Operational & Personal Assistance
- Assist with administrative tasks that require trust and reliability
- Support ad-hoc tasks where sensitivity and confidentiality are essential
- Anticipate needs and proactively manage tasks to reduce leadership workload
Core Requirements
- Proven experience as a Personal Secretary, Executive Assistant, or similar trusted role
- Demonstrated ability to handle highly confidential information with discretion
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Calm, composed, and professional under pressure
- High integrity, reliability, and sound judgment
Preferred Profile
- Prior experience supporting senior executives or founders
- Comfort working in fast-paced, high-responsibility environments
- Strong understanding of professional boundaries and discretion
- Ability to handle both business and limited personal coordination tasks
