Legal Assistant

About the Role

This role is designed for someone who wants early exposure to structured governance and real institutional responsibility. We are looking for a Legal Assistant to support a structured, multinational social impact initiative focused on orphanages, group homes, and social institutions in the Greater Florianópolis region. This is not an observational role. You will operate with real responsibility, supporting documentation, compliance structuring, institutional interface, and operational transparency. The position combines legal support, field exposure, and organizational rigor. You will work closely with internal leadership and external partners, ensuring that legal and compliance processes are executed with accuracy and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support legal and operational documentation processes
  • Assist in compliance structuring and institutional reporting
  • Organize contracts, records, and internal documentation workflows
  • Participate in visits to partner institutions when required
  • Interface with internal teams and external organizations
  • Contribute to transparency initiatives and structured reporting
  • Ensure procedural accuracy and document traceability

Requirements

Must have:

  • Law student or recent graduate in Law
  • Intermediate English (minimum)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of responsibility and organization
  • Availability for 20 hours per week
  • Willingness to operate in a hybrid model

Nice to have:

  • Previous experience with documentation, compliance, or legal support
  • Interest in social impact or institutional governance
  • Experience working in structured or corporate environments
