Executive Assistant
The Council on Recovery is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative, operational, and strategic support to our executive leadership team. Key Responsibilities:

Manage complex calendars, schedules, and meeting logistics for executive leadership, ensuring optimal time management and prioritization.

Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and reports.

Serve as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.

Handle correspondence, emails, and phone inquiries on behalf of executives, ensuring timely and appropriate responses.

Assist with travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reporting to support organizational efficiency.

Support special projects and initiatives as assigned, contributing to strategic planning and execution.

Maintain organized filing systems, records, and documentation to ensure easy retrieval and compliance.

Facilitate effective communication across departments and with external partners to promote organizational cohesion.
Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably within a nonprofit or healthcare organization.

Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and calendar management tools.

Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Qualifications & Experience Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of executive level administrative experience, preferably within nonprofit, healthcare, or corporate environments.

Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking capabilities.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and virtual collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom).

Demonstrated ability to exercise discretion, judgment, and tact in confidential matters.

Self-directed, adaptable, and effective both independently and in collaborative settings.

Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
