Key Responsibilities
Executive Support

Provide proactive, high-level administrative support to several executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements

Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and briefing materials

Act as a trusted liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders

Prioritize and manage competing demands, ensuring deadlines are met

Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
Office Management & Leadership

Oversee the daily operations of an office supporting approximately 25+ employees
-
Serve as the primary point of contact for office-related needs, policies, and procedures

Coordinate office logistics including space planning, supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships

Support onboarding and offboarding processes in partnership with HR

Help foster a positive, efficient, and inclusive office culture
Coordination & Process Improvement

Plan and coordinate meetings, offsites, and events (both in-person and virtual)

Establish and maintain administrative systems and processes to improve efficiency

Track action items and follow up on deliverables across leadership and team initiatives

Identify opportunities to streamline operations and enhance executive productivity
Required Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
-
4–8+ years of experience supporting senior-level executives
-
Proven ability to manage office operations or team coordination
-
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience overseeing an office or serving in an EA/Office Manager hybrid role

Strong project management or coordination experience

Experience supporting multiple executives simultaneously

Work Environment
This role is office-based 4 days a week Monday-Thursday with Fridays as an optional working from hone. Occasional flexibility in hours may be required to support executive schedules.
