Job Title: Executive Assistant
Location: Applied Behavior Center for Autism, Indianapolis, IN
Position Overview: The Executive Assistant at the Applied Behavior Center for Autism plays a vital role in supporting the Founder and CEO and ensuring the efficient operation of the organization. This position involves a blend of administrative support, project management assistance, and communication tasks, all aimed at facilitating the center’s mission to provide exceptional care for individuals with autism.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
Manage schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and organize meeting agendas, materials, and minutes.
Maintain an efficient filing system and ensure proper documentation of important information.
Communication:
Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Coordinate communication among team members and facilitate information flow.
Project Management:
Assist in the planning and execution of special projects and initiatives.
Monitor deadlines and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.
Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making processes.
Event Coordination:
Plan and coordinate events, meetings, and training sessions, including logistics and materials preparation.
Support community outreach efforts as needed.
Financial Support:
Assist with budget tracking, expense reporting, and invoicing processes.
Confidentiality and Compliance:
Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality in all matters.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Education: High School, GED, or higher education.
Experience: 5+ years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably in a healthcare or social services environment.
Skills:
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management software – G-suite platform
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
