Position Overview:
We are seeking an Executive Assistant to work directly with the CEO on high-impact growth initiatives, strategic projects, and operational execution.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, execution, and business growth, not administrative support. You will own key initiatives, drive business development efforts, and ensure projects move from idea to execution.
You will act as a thought partner and operator, helping translate vision into measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Growth
- Own and manage the business development pipeline from lead to close
- Design and execute outreach and partnership strategies
- Identify and pursue new revenue opportunities, partnerships, and markets
- Drive follow-ups and ensure consistent pipeline movement
Project & Initiative Leadership
- Lead execution of strategic projects from concept to completion
- Define timelines, deliverables, and success metrics
- Identify bottlenecks and proactively solve execution challenges
Strategic & Market Insight
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and positioning opportunities
- Translate insights into actionable growth strategies
- Contribute to service development and brand positioning
CEO Office / Strategic Execution
- Act as a force multiplier for the CEO, ensuring priorities are executed
- Participate in high-level discussions and help drive decisions into action
- Maintain visibility across initiatives and ensure alignment
Writing & Communication
- Develop client-facing proposals, pitch materials, and strategic documents
- Contribute to thought leadership and brand positioning content
- Synthesize meetings into clear insights, decisions, and next steps
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in business development, consulting, startups, or growth-focused roles
- Proven ability to manage and execute projects from concept to completion
- Strong commercial mindset with an understanding of revenue, clients, and growth strategy
- Ability to operate independently in ambiguity and take ownership of outcomes
- Experience working directly with leadership or founders on strategic initiatives
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate ideas into action
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
