Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the owner’s calendar, appointments, and daily schedule
- Handle specificed incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries professionally and promptly
- Prepare quotes, invoices, and rental agreements
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks such as data entry, expense tracking, and basic reporting
- Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors as needed
- Organize files, documents, and office systems for efficiency
- Support marketing efforts (ordering marketing inventory, etc.)
- Perform general administrative duties and special projects as assigned

Qualifications
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
- Customer service experience preferred
