Executive Assistant

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the owner’s calendar, appointments, and daily schedule
  • Handle specificed incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries professionally and promptly
  • Prepare quotes, invoices, and rental agreements
  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks such as data entry, expense tracking, and basic reporting
  • Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors as needed
  • Organize files, documents, and office systems for efficiency
  • Support marketing efforts (ordering marketing inventory, etc.)
  • Perform general administrative duties and special projects as assigned

Work Environment

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
  • Customer service experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
