Executive Assistant

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and executive-level Office Manager in managing daily office operations, executive coordination, and strategic administrative functions.


This role requires a trusted professional with exceptional communication, discretion, and leadership skills, capable of ensuring smooth coordination between the executive office, internal departments, and external stakeholders.


🔹 Key Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day operations of the executive office

Coordinate calendar, meetings, appointments, travel, and executive schedules

Prepare reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and confidential correspondence

Follow up on action points, deadlines, and strategic initiatives

Ensure smooth office administration, document control, and executive filing systems

Support board meetings, leadership meetings, and high-level presentations

Handle confidential information with absolute discretion

Coordinate with department heads for reports, updates, and management requests

Manage VIP visitors, protocol arrangements, and executive office logistics

🔹 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field

8–12 years of experience in office management / executive support roles

Proven experience supporting executive

Strong exposure to construction, real estate, or corporate groups is preferred

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Advanced skills in MS Office, PowerPoint, reporting, and presentation preparation

Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and executive presence
