We are seeking an experienced Executive Office Assistant to support one of our clients — a role focused on executive administration, corporate governance, and process optimization to align with strategic objectives.
Key responsibilities

Optimize governance documentation and reporting processes.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with corporate objectives.

Analyze corporate performance data and provide actionable insights and recommendations.

Support executive leadership in stakeholder communication and governance practices.

Assess and refine governance frameworks for effectiveness and strategic alignment.

Develop and propose strategies to enhance decision‑making and corporate oversight.

Implement improvements to executive processes in collaboration with senior leadership.

Present recommendations to enhance stakeholder engagement and governance structures.

Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements

Minimum 3+ years' experience in executive administration, corporate governance, or a related function.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public/Business Management, Finance, Accounting, Corporate Governance, Law, or a closely related field.

Expanded to in‑depth conceptual and practical knowledge in executive administration and governance.

Strong understanding of business drivers and how governance integrates with broader company objectives.

Proven experience analyzing performance data and turning insights into recommendations.

Track record advising leadership, coordinating cross‑team initiatives, and optimizing processes.

Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems using judgment and multiple information sources.

Experience presenting difficult or sensitive information and building consensus among stakeholders.

Leadership experience mentoring or guiding less‑experienced colleagues and leading small projects.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
