Executive Assistant

Executive Assistant to the Chief Steward

Earth Angels Network | Full-Time | [Location / Remote]

**Candidates must be available during Pacific Daylight Time (PDT) business hours. While this role is fully remote, we strongly prefer applicants based in the Pacific Time zone to ensure real-time collaboration and responsiveness.**

Earth Angels Network is rooted in a values-driven ethos of stewardship, compassion, and service to others — principles that transcend background and are reflected in faith and spiritual traditions across cultures worldwide. We welcome candidates who are inspired by purpose, driven by a higher calling to do good, and committed to leaving the world better than they found it. You don't need to share a specific belief system — but you do need to genuinely believe that people and communities matter.

About Earth Angels Network

Earth Angels Network (EAN) is a pre-launch, mission-driven platform unifying social impact, philanthropy, and purpose-led community under one roof. Built on the principle of Do Good. Be Rewarded., EAN rewards volunteerism, charitable giving, and community leadership through its proprietary HALO economy — connecting individuals, nonprofits, corporations, and faith communities across the US and Canada. We are building something that has never existed before, and we're doing it fast.

The Role

The Chief Steward of Earth Angels Network carries the vision, strategy, fundraising, and culture of an organization poised to transform how communities give, serve, and connect at scale. As Executive Assistant, you will be the operational backbone of the executive office, ensuring the Chief Steward can focus entirely on the highest-leverage work. This is not a traditional EA role. You will be embedded in the heartbeat of a high-growth startup and exposed to every layer of the organization.

What You'll Own

  • Full calendar management, scheduling, and prioritization across time zones for the Chief Steward
  • End-to-end travel coordination — domestic and international — including logistics, itineraries, and expense reconciliation
  • Gatekeeping and managing high-volume communications: email triage, correspondence drafting, and follow-up on behalf of the Chief Steward
  • Preparation of briefing materials, meeting agendas, decks, and executive summaries ahead of key stakeholder engagements
  • Liaison between the Chief Steward and internal department leads (Engineering, Marketing, Impact, Operations, Finance)
  • Supporting coordination with strategic partners, including investor relations, nonprofit partners, and corporate partners such as ESPN and major financial institutions
  • Managing confidential documents, board materials, and fundraising deliverables with the utmost discretion
  • Tracking executive action items and ensuring accountability across cross-functional commitments
  • Special projects and research as directed

What We're Looking For

  • 3–6+ years of experience supporting a C-suite executive or senior leader — startup or high-growth environment strongly preferred
  • Exceptional organizational skills with an obsessive attention to detail
  • Proactive, calm under pressure, and able to anticipate needs before they're voiced
  • Discreet, trustworthy, and professional — you will handle sensitive business and strategic information daily
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to draft polished correspondence on behalf of the Chief Steward
  • Proficiency with productivity tools (Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, Zoom, or similar)
  • A genuine passion for social impact, community, and mission-driven work
  • Ability to thrive in an ambiguous, fast-moving pre-launch environment where the playbook is still being written

Nice to Have

  • Experience in tech startups, nonprofit organizations, or social enterprises
  • Familiarity with fundraising or investor relations workflows
  • Prior exposure to blockchain, Web3, or impact-focused platforms

What We Offer

  • Competitive compensation commensurate with experience
  • Front-row seat to building one of the most ambitious social impact platforms in North America
  • A mission you'll be proud to show up for every day
  • Opportunity to grow with the organization as it scales
