About the Role We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to support a C-level executive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This role is critical to keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly, ensuring priorities are managed, and helping leadership stay focused on high-impact work.
This is not a passive support role. We’re looking for someone who anticipates needs, takes ownership, and thrives under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars for executives, including scheduling, prioritization, and conflict resolution
- Coordinate and book travel arrangements (flights, hotels, itineraries)
- Oversee and organize email inboxes, including drafting responses and flagging priorities
- Track, update, and maintain weekly KPIs and internal reporting dashboards
- Keep internal trackers, task lists, and projects up to date
- Act as a gatekeeper and point of coordination across teams
- Ensure follow-ups are completed and deadlines are met
- Support meeting preparation, agendas, and notes as needed
- Identify inefficiencies and proactively implement solutions

- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Self-starter who takes initiative without needing constant direction
- Comfortable working with systems, trackers, and reporting tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in operations, client services, or a similar business environment
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Asana, or similar platforms
- Experience managing KPIs or performance tracking
- Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
