Executive Assistant

A Trusts and Estates attorney in Worcester, Massachusetts seeks an experienced full-time or part-time executive assistant to provide high-level administrative, organizational, and client-service support in an in-person office setting.

Core responsibilities

· Manage calendar, appointments, deadlines, meetings, and follow-up tasks.

· Screen and organize emails, messages, mail, and incoming requests.

· Coordinate client communications in a professional, courteous, and confidential manner.

· Draft, format, proofread, and organize correspondence and documents.

· Maintain orderly digital and physical files and help track active matters and projects.

· Assist with office operations and general administration.

Qualifications

· Several years of experience as an executive assistant, legal assistant, or senior administrative professional.

· Strong organizational skills and attention to details

· Strong writing, proofreading, and communication skills.

· Comfort using Microsoft Office, cloud-based file systems, calendars, and task-management tools.

· Strong interpersonal skills working with a variety of clients

· Experience in a law office, especially trusts and estates, probate, or related practice areas, and experience with Clio is a plus.

Pay: $52,747.99 - $63,524.46 per year
