Position Summary
The Executive Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the CEO and leadership team, ensuring efficient management of schedules, communications, meetings, and day-to-day business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules for the CEO.
- Handle emails, correspondence, and internal/external communications.
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, reports, and presentations.
- Coordinate with counselors, students, parents, and external partners.
- Track tasks, follow up on action items, and ensure timely completion.
- Maintain confidential records and company documentation.
- Support company events, workshops, and operational activities.
- Assist with administrative and HR-related tasks as needed.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in administration, executive support, or operations.
Skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and time management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Ability to handle confidential information and manage multiple priorities.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Effective management of executive schedules and communications.
- Timely completion of assigned tasks and follow-ups.
- Accuracy of reports, records, and documentation.
- Overall support to operational efficiency and executive productivity.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
