Position Summary

The Executive Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the CEO and leadership team, ensuring efficient management of schedules, communications, meetings, and day-to-day business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules for the CEO.
  • Handle emails, correspondence, and internal/external communications.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, reports, and presentations.
  • Coordinate with counselors, students, parents, and external partners.
  • Track tasks, follow up on action items, and ensure timely completion.
  • Maintain confidential records and company documentation.
  • Support company events, workshops, and operational activities.
  • Assist with administrative and HR-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in administration, executive support, or operations.

Skills

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to handle confidential information and manage multiple priorities.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Effective management of executive schedules and communications.
  • Timely completion of assigned tasks and follow-ups.
  • Accuracy of reports, records, and documentation.
  • Overall support to operational efficiency and executive productivity.

Employment Type: Full-Time
Reporting To: CEO / Managing Director
Location: Central Tower, Hali Road, Gulberg 2

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
