We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and professional
Executive Assistant to CEO
to provide high-level administrative and coordination support to the CEO and executive office operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, travel arrangements, and daily schedule

Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO Office

Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and correspondence
-
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

Organize and follow up on meetings, action points, and executive priorities
-
Liaise with internal departments, stakeholders, and external partners
-
Support event coordination, business travel, and executive office administration
Requirements:

Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role supporting senior leadership

Strong communication, coordination, and multitasking skills
-
High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative systems
-
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage changing priorities
-
Experience in the Real Estate or Development industry is a strong advantage
