Education:
An undergraduate or master's degree.

Experience:
At least 5 years of experience in a similar position.

Language Skills:
A good command of English is preferred.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in using MS Office, SAP, and MS Windows programs.

Your Responsibilities
-
To manage the executive's e-mail, phone, and mail traffic, schedule appointments, and provide necessary feedback.

To ensure the effective, accurate, and complete flow of written and verbal communication both internally and externally.

To manage all travel arrangements, including transportation and accommodation, as well as organizing internal and external meetings.

To handle domestic and international correspondence, drafting texts in the required formats as directed by the executive.

To attend meetings with the executive, prepare minutes when necessary, and follow up on decided actions.

To assist in organizing travel, accommodations, meals, appointments, and hospitality for domestic and international guests.

To provide support on all business matters with a strict adherence to the principle of confidentiality.

To liaise with other assistants to organize and follow up on inter-departmental meetings and other internal events.
