Executive Assistant
Join Economic Mobility Center (EMC) as a Full-Time Executive Assistant and play a critical role in supporting our C-Suite as they lead efforts to transform college and workforce outcomes.
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment, anticipates needs before they arise, and ensures the executive team can focus on strategic priorities.

This role is hybrid, 2 to 3 days per week in office.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support & Calendar Management
● Proactively manage complex calendars across Outlook and Monday.com, anticipating scheduling conflicts and aligning priorities.
● Prepare executives for meetings by ensuring they have agendas, materials, and briefings in advance.
● Anticipate needs of the C-Suite and resolve issues before they become problems.
Travel & Conference Coordination
● Arrange domestic and international travel with precision, balancing logistics, preferences, and cost-effectiveness.
● Manage end-to-end conference logistics, including registration, travel, lodging, presentation prep, and on-site support.
● Ensure executives are set up for success at all external engagements.
Meeting & Event Support
● Coordinate high-level internal and external meetings, including board, advisory, and partner convenings.
● Handle logistics such as venues, catering, A/V, materials, and follow-up communication.
● Support internal culture-building events and staff retreats.
Operations & Reporting
● Assist with grant, contract, and organizational reporting by gathering and preparing needed information.
● Track key deadlines and ensure follow-through on executive commitments.
● Provide light HR/onboarding support for new hires, helping integrate them smoothly into the team.
Communications & Presence
● Draft, edit, and format executive correspondence and presentations.
● Support management of the organization’s digital presence (website, LinkedIn, social media updates).
● Act as a professional representative of the C-Suite with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
● 5+ years supporting senior executives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
● Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple calendars, deadlines, and projects.
● Strong travel and event logistics experience.
● Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
● High degree of discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and scheduling/project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Outlook).
● Salesforce and social media management experience preferred.
● Self-starter with excellent judgment, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
