About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leadership in managing daily operations, schedules, communications, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced remote environment.
Key Responsibilities

Manage calendars, meetings, and appointments for executives.

Coordinate virtual meetings, prepare agendas, and record meeting notes.

Handle email correspondence and prioritize communications.

Organize travel arrangements and expense reports when required.

Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents.

Maintain confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
