What You'll Do

  • Manage the General Manager's calendar, appointments, and daily schedule
  • Professionally respond to emails, phone calls, and text messages on behalf of the General Manager
  • Prioritize communications and ensure timely follow-up on important matters
  • Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and special events
  • Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and executive documents
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the General Manager, employees, customers, and business partners
  • Handle confidential information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion
  • Assist with special projects and help keep dealership operations running efficiently
  • Anticipate the General Manager's needs and proactively solve problems before they arise

What We're Looking For

  • Previous Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or high-level administrative experience preferred
  • Bilingual (English & Spanish) is preferred, but not required
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a commitment to excellence
