This growth has contributed to additional internal support needs for our leadership team. As a result, we are seeking to find a highly skilled Executive Assistant to support the CEO and VP of Preconstruction.

Position: Executive Assistant

Reports to: CEO & Vice President of Preconstruction

Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Executive Assistant to support our executive leadership while also taking a lead role in supporting new corporate initiatives, strategic planning, branding and sales activities. This multifaceted role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment and is comfortable wearing multiple hats. You’ll be a central hub of communication and creativity, contributing to both the internal operations and external growth of the company.

Primary Responsibilities:

Corporate Initiatives:

  • Support the planning and rollout of new corporate initiatives and special projects from concept through implementation.
  • Research, compile, and organize information to support leadership decision-making on new programs and opportunities.
  • Coordinate cross-departmental efforts and track progress against initiative goals, milestones, and deadlines.
  • Develop organizational charts, RACI charts, and other visual materials required to support new initiatives.

Strategic Planning:

  • Assist leadership in preparing for strategic planning sessions, including agendas, presentations, and supporting materials.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators and progress toward strategic goals.
  • Conduct market, industry, and competitive research to inform planning and business development.
  • Help translate strategic objectives into actionable plans and follow up to ensure timely execution.

Branding and Sales Support:

  • Structure and organize the social media and branding strategy into a scalable, results-oriented plan, maintaining brand consistency across all digital communications and promotional materials.
  • Assist with content creation, graphic design, and marketing collateral as needed.
  • Prepare sales proposals, bid packages, and capability statements.
  • Track sales metrics, analyze data, and generate reports to support business development and executive review.

Executive Support:

  • Manage calendars, appointments, expense reports and travel for executive leadership.
  • Draft, proofread, and manage communications, reports, and presentations.
  • Attend executive meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting minutes.
  • Create record retention systems, including managing and maintain filing systems, project documentation, and confidential records.
  • Serve as a liaison between executives, internal departments, and external partners.
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisors as needed to meet the organizations business needs.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required:

  • 3–5 years’ experience in executive support, with exposure to marketing, sales, or event planning.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.
  • Comfortable using design and social tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Preferred:

  • Experience in the construction, real estate, or professional services industries.
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems and construction software.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field experience.

Work Environment and Requirements:

· This is a full-time exempt position.

· Normal working hours vary between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, with some evening and weekend engagements, with the expectation of a minimum 40-hour work week. Flexibility is needed for some overtime and weekend hours which may be required based on organization events, special projects and business needs.

· Position is primarily based at our corporate offices in Keenesburg, Colorado but may require some travel periodically to job and event sites.

· Position requires frequent sitting, standing, walking and use of office equipment.

  • Ability to lift and carry event materials (up to 25 lbs) on a regular basis.
  • Includes work in an indoor office environment.

Salary and Benefits:

· Anticipated Hiring Salary Range: $85,000 - $105,000 annually; may be negotiable depending on background, experience and demonstrated contribution in previous roles.
