About the Role
Optimal Home Care & Hospice (Colorado-based, with hospice operations in Michigan and a related family foundation) is seeking a highly organized, discreet, and proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO across five entities. This role is central to keeping leadership focused, communications flowing, and operations running smoothly across Colorado and Michigan markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex, multi-entity calendars, travel (CO/MI), and competing priorities across hospice, home health, and foundation work
- Draft and edit correspondence, board materials, presentations, and meeting agendas with a polished, professional tone
- Coordinate and prepare materials for executive leadership meetings, monthly staff meetings, and board/committee meetings
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and senior leaders (Operations, Clinical, HR, Compliance) across multiple agencies
- Track action items, deadlines, and follow-ups from meetings; ensure accountability loops close
- Manage confidential information (HR, contracts, compliance matters) with discretion, NDA
- Support special projects: HRIS transitions, contract reviews, expansion initiatives, foundation grant administration
- Light project management for cross-state initiatives (Michigan expansion, ACO/payer contracts, etc.)
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years supporting C-suite executives, ideally in healthcare, home health, or hospice
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related)
- Familiarity with Medicare/Medicaid-certified agency operations a strong plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and willingness to learn AI-powered productivity tools (Claude, ChatGPT, scheduling assistants)
- Experience working with EMR/operations platforms helpful

Compensation & Location
- $60k–$70k annually, commensurate with experience
- Based in Denver Metro (South Metro Denver preferred); potential occasional travel to Michigan
