EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT NEEDED

We are a family owned established business. We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant who can perform a variety of administrative tasks, including scheduling, managing calendars, tracking customer payments, managing job expenses, completing montly reports, working with our vendors, etc. You will be providing support to the owner and manager. Must be able to work independently and highly skilled at prioritizing and orginization.

Requirements and skills:

  • Proven experience or certification as an Executive Assistant or Admin Assistant
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
  • Exemplary verbal communication and customer service skills
  • Highly effective prioritizing skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft office
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
  • QuickBooks experience preferred
  • Personable and positive attitude required

Position is 32 hours per week (M-F 9am - 4pm) with competitive compensation and flexible with work life balance.

We are looking to hire in the next 2-4 weeks. You will receive approximately 3-6 weeks of training. We will be reaching out to applicants the week of 6/22-6/26 to start the interview process.

Work Location: In person (Auburn, CA)

This position will be onsite in Auburn. Please do not go to the Roseville address Google has listed, that is not where this position is based out of.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $42,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
