United Parks & Resorts Inc. is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Executive Assistant to provide administrative and organizational support to executive leadership. The successful candidate will help manage schedules, coordinate meetings, prepare business documents, organize communications, and support day-to-day administrative operations while working effectively in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars, appointments, meetings, and schedules.
  • Coordinate virtual meetings and prepare agendas, notes, and follow-up items.
  • Draft, proofread, and organize emails, reports, presentations, and business correspondence.
  • Maintain accurate digital records, files, spreadsheets, and confidential documents.
  • Coordinate communications between executives, employees, departments, vendors, and business partners.
  • Monitor deadlines, projects, and action items to ensure timely follow-up.
  • Conduct research and prepare summaries, reports, and presentations for executive review.
  • Assist with travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and expense documentation when required.
  • Support special projects and administrative initiatives across the organization.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive company information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned by executive leadership.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Office Coordinator, or similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and other digital collaboration tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Professional judgment and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
  • Reliable internet connection and a professional home-office setup.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting senior executives or management teams.
  • Experience working with remote or geographically distributed teams.
  • Familiarity with project management and scheduling software.
  • Experience in the entertainment, hospitality, tourism, or customer-experience industry.
