Street Grace is a faith-based non-profit organization whose mission is to eradicate the Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Children (CSEC). We envision a world where all children are free from sexual exploitation. Our strategic work falls under four pillars: prevention, protection, policy, and pursuit.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a passionate self-starter who possesses strong administration and has a desire to grow with our organization as we continue to innovate. The ideal candidate enjoys producing quality work, has strong organizational skills, invests great attention to detail, and works well as part of a team. In the Executive Administration role, you will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the organization and provide critical support to the President | CEO. As a member of the Street Grace team, you will uphold a commitment to representing Street Grace with enthusiasm, warmth, and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
Liaison with internal and external contacts on behalf of the President | CEO- Coordinate availabilities.
- Schedule meetings and appointments.
- Provide donor management support.
- Serve as communication liaison for various levels of organizational communication as needed.
- Connect pertinent team members with charity and foundation representatives as appropriate for relationship-building efforts.
Direct and oversee events:- Event planning, coordination, and management
- Pricing and booking of venues.
- Plan internal team events.
- Organize community and private donor events.
- Work alongside partner organizations to engage community stakeholders and maximize outreach efforts.
Manage multiple high-priority projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment:- Manage projects and initiatives in support of ongoing goals.
- Remain familiar with programmatic targets and fundraising goals.
- Track and report project progress.
- Maintain budgeting goals for projects and initiatives.
Provide general administrative and office support:- Printing, scanning, binding, and file management.
- Draft thank you notes and event mailings and execute their timely sending.
- Prepare internal and external documents, communications, and presentations.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and data collection.
- Efficiently utilize customer database management systems.
- Work closely with and support other team members as needed.
Qualifications:
- Mission Alignment: Has a sincere desire to contribute to the end of the Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Children.
- Impactful Writing Expertise: Verifiable experience with communicating organizational needs and results to confidently motivate collaboration with community stakeholders and increase the support and engagement of donors.
- Strategic Support: Provide administrative guidance for the organization’s strategic measures and efficient operation in alignment with our mission.
- Operational Excellence: Support internal operations to maximize missional impact and ensure excellent stewardship of our resources.
- Relationship Acumen: Helps steer healthy teamwork across all levels of organization as well as with the organization’s community partners.
- Innovation: Support the organization’s adoption of new development and outreach strategies to ensure continuous adaptation using technological advancements to increase our impact and donor investment.

- Professional Experience:
Has at least 5 years of verifiable, professional experience with providing administrative support, directly supporting executive leadership, and event planning and management.

Street Grace offers a salary and benefits package competitive with other organizations of our size which includes health insurance, paid vacation, and national holidays for employees who meet the minimum eligibility requirements.
Location:
Norcross, Georgia; Requires working from office during regular business hours.
