World of Art, a premier interior contracting and fit-out company, is hiring a highly qualified Executive Assistant & Administrative Officer. This role is strictly for candidates with the right education and industry background.

Non-Negotiable Requirements:
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Interior Contracting, Procurement, Business Administration, or a closely related field;
- OR a Bachelor’s in Administrative/Management studies with at least 5 years of senior executive support experience in interior contracting/fit-out.
Experience
- Minimum 5-6 years full-time executive-level administrative support.
- At least 3 years in interior contracting, fit-out, procurement, or FF&E industries.
- Proven ability to manage high-level executives independently,
Core Skills
- Deep understanding of fit-out projects, procurement cycles, and executive workflows.
- Strong executive presence: professional appearance, excellent manners, and flawless communication.
- Autonomous: works without step-by-step guidance, prioritizes tasks intelligently.
- Mastery of administrative operations: executive reports, contract documentation, procurement notes, stakeholder coordination.
- Time discipline: punctual, precise, and deadline-driven.
- Advanced English fluency (written & spoken). Additional languages (Arabic/French) are an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, meetings, and travel.
- Draft and refine high-level correspondence, reports, and contracts.
- Acts as liaison with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
- Monitor project and administrative deadlines.
- Prepare presentations and board-level documents.
- Safeguard sensitive information with discretion.
- Anticipate executive needs and resolve issues proactively.
Strong Advantages
- Background in luxury hospitality or corporate fit-out projects.
- Familiarity with UAE labor law, procurement systems, and contract processes,
- Advance Microsoft Office Suite skills.
