Role Description
This is a contract position for an Executive Assistant and Office Manager, located on-site in New York, NY. The individual will be responsible for providing executive administrative support, managing expense reports, scheduling and coordinating meetings, dinner/lunch reservations, overseeing office operations, and ensuring smooth day-to-day administration. They will work closely with leadership to ensure organizational efficiency and serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
