Executive Assistant and Retail Showroom Coordinator

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Executive Assistant and Retail Showroom Coordinator to join our team. This multifaceted role combines high-level administrative support with hands-on coordination of our retail showroom operations. Duties

  • Provide comprehensive executive administrative support, including calendar management, appointment scheduling, and email correspondence to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Manage a multi-line phone system with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and clear communication.
  • Coordinate retail showroom activities, including event planning, product displays, and customer engagement initiatives to enhance the visitor experience.
  • Oversee office management tasks such as filing, data entry, order management, and maintaining organized records.
  • Assist with project coordination by tracking deadlines, preparing reports, proofreading documents, and supporting special initiatives.
  • Handle personal assistant responsibilities for executives as needed, including travel arrangements and personal scheduling.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and Office experience to prepare presentations, transcriptions, and correspondence efficiently.
  • Managing and executing the companies Social Media Campaigns and Strategy

Skills

  • Proven experience in administrative roles with strong office management and clerical skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs), and data entry tools.
  • Event planning capabilities for retail promotions or special showroom events.
  • Excellent communication skills with professional phone etiquette and customer service orientation.
  • Ability to proofread documents meticulously.
  • Familiarity with front desk operations, filing systems, multi-line phone systems, calendar management via Microsoft Outlook Calendar or similar tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle office tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure.
