We are looking for a highly experienced and proactive Executive Assistant. This role goes far beyond traditional administrative support you will operate as a trusted advisor, confidential gatekeeper, and project coordinator, contributing to high-impact initiatives and ensuring operational efficiency at the executive level.
Executive Support:

Act as a strategic partner to senior executive, ensuring seamless coordination of business activities.

Manage complex and dynamic calendars, schedules, and high-level meetings across multiple time zones.

Prepare briefing materials, reports, and presentations for executive meetings, board reviews, and client engagements.

Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and integrity.
Project Management & PMO Support:

Assist in planning, execution, and monitoring of key business and strategic initiatives in collaboration with internal stakeholders.

Track project milestones, identify risks, and ensure timely follow-ups on action items and deliverables.

Support the PMO in driving governance, compliance, reporting, and operational consistency across initiatives.

Maintain and update documentation, reports, and progress dashboards for executive visibility.
Stakeholder Management & Communication:

Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.

Draft high-quality communications, meeting summaries, and follow-ups.

Coordinate cross-functional efforts and manage stakeholder expectations with professionalism and agility.
Required Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C level leaders in the IT industry.

Strong exposure to PMO/Business Administration including project tracking, milestone reporting, and governance.

Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Power Query, and Macros.

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain dashboards that enable executive decision-making.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and ability to influence without authority.

High attention to detail, organizational discipline, and problem-solving capabilities.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment.
