ABOUT MISS DAISY

Miss Daisy is a fast-paced, creative floral and event company based in Las Vegas, specializing in luxury flower deliveries, corporate events, weddings, memorials, and custom floral experiences. We’re looking for someone exceptional to become a key part of our team—someone who is highly organized, dependable, smart, and excited to grow with us.

This is not just an assistant role—we need someone who can help keep the business running smoothly, support our clients, and be a true right hand to ownership and the team.

THIS IS NOT A BASIC ASSISTANT POSITION.

Miss Daisy is seeking a highly capable, exceptionally organized, and driven Executive Assistant / Operations Manager to become a key part of our growing company.

This role is for someone who can think ahead, solve problems, manage details, support ownership, and help keep the business operating at a high level every single day.

We are a fast-paced floral and events company specializing in luxury flower deliveries, corporate events, weddings, memorials, and custom floral experiences throughout Las Vegas.

We need someone smart, dependable, polished, hardworking, and fully committed—not someone looking for “just a job.”

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Communication & Sales Support

  • Answer incoming phone calls professionally and warmly
  • Assist customers with flower orders, delivery requests, and event inquiries
  • Provide excellent customer service and help clients choose appropriate floral arrangements
  • Respond promptly to client questions and follow up as needed
  • Process orders accurately and efficiently

Administrative & Office Support

  • Manage and maintain Miss Daisy spreadsheets, order tracking, and internal organization systems
  • Create invoices and process client billing
  • Maintain organized records for orders, events, payments, and scheduling
  • Assist ownership with day-to-day executive support tasks
  • Help coordinate schedules, appointments, and operational details
  • Keeping important details from falling through the cracks

Social Media & Brand Support

  • Assist with Instagram posting, stories, and keeping our social presence active
  • Help capture and organize content from deliveries, events, and daily shop life
  • Ensure the Miss Daisy brand is represented beautifully and professionally

Shop Operations

  • Keep the shop clean, organized, welcoming, and visually on-brand
  • Help maintain a polished workspace and customer-facing environment
  • Support the team wherever needed during busy periods
  • Assist with general shop tasks and workflow management

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Miss Daisy team to keep operations running efficiently
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with designers, delivery staff, and management
  • Step in wherever needed with a team-first attitude

BONUS IF YOU HAVE

  • Experience with Excel / spreadsheets
  • Administrative assistant or executive assistant experience
  • Retail, hospitality, floral, or event industry experience
  • Social media / Instagram experience
  • Customer service and sales experience
  • Basic invoicing / bookkeeping familiarity

POSITION DETAILS

Location: Las Vegas
Position Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Must have flexible availability, including busy event periods when needed
