Role Description

This full time, on site Executive Assistant Cum Telesales role is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Responsibilities include providing administrative support to the leadership team, managing correspondence, maintaining schedules, organizing meetings, and preparing reports. The role also involves conducting telesales by identifying potential clients, making sales calls, building relationships with prospective customers, and following up on leads. The ideal candidate will ensure effective communication, manage administrative tasks, and contribute to achieving sales targets in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in administrative tasks such as scheduling, correspondence management, and preparing reports
• Strong communication, negotiation, and telesales skills for engaging with potential clients
• Customer service and relationship building skills, with a client focused mentality
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools, and the ability to handle databases
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Previous experience in real estate or the property market is an asset
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a preferred advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred
