We are a growing roofing company seeking a highly organized, proactive professional to support the owner while coordinating customer communication, scheduling, lead follow-up, and front-office operations.
This role is ideal for someone who is strong on the phone, detail-oriented, dependable, and able to keep multiple moving parts organized in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
Executive Support
- Manage the owner’s calendar, reminders, and follow-up items
- Help prioritize tasks and keep deadlines, appointments, and action items organized
- Assist with email organization, internal communication, and administrative support
- Help reduce distractions and keep the owner focused on high-value priorities
Customer Communication
- Answer inbound calls professionally and make a strong first impression
- Respond quickly to new leads and customer inquiries
- Follow up with homeowners who have not yet booked appointments
- Communicate with customers regarding scheduling and updates
- Help ensure no lead or customer falls through the cracks
Office & Operations Coordination
- Schedule inspections, callbacks, and internal meetings
- Keep CRM records updated with notes, tasks, and communication history
- Organize administrative workflows and maintain accurate records
- Support smooth handoffs between the office, sales team, and operations
- Assist in improving systems, follow-up processes, and day-to-day organization
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Professional phone presence
- Administrative or office coordination experience
- Ability to multitask and follow through
- Experience in construction or home services is a plus but not required
Preferred Experience:
- Executive assistant, office manager, customer service coordinator, or administrative support experience
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Experience supporting an owner or small business leadership team is highly preferred
