Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Executive Assistant to support the CEO & Director. This role goes beyond traditional administrative support and requires strong coordination, stakeholder management, and execution capabilities across internal and external functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a central point of coordination between CEO/Director and internal teams.
  • Follow up with managers on operational, administrative, and development tasks to ensure timely execution.
  • Attend meetings, prepare minutes, track action points, and ensure closure.
  • Manage scheduling, travel, and executive-level coordination.
  • Facilitate meetings by ensuring all arrangements and logistics are in place in coordination with HR & Admin Department.
  • Visit & engage with external stakeholders including clients, vendors, and government/non-government representatives.
  • Represent CEO/Director in external meetings when required.
  • Coordinate internally to ensure smooth handling of client and official visits.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in executive support or coordination roles.
  • Min. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure .
  • High level of professionalism and discretion.
  • Experience dealing with external stakeholders

Job Timings & Location

  • Upper Mall, Lahore.
  • Mon – Fri (6PM to 3AM) – Night Shift

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs120,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
