This position reports to the Office Operations Director with dotted line to CEO / COO
Job Responsibilities
The Office Operation Assistant provides direct to client support services.
Become the first person point of contact for clients/ facilities to get escalated
Ensure Dispatch team is supported ( Criticals , client support, answering phones )
Support Courier dispatch operations and payroll
Assist the Office Ops Dir. is assigned tasks (ex. H.R. Functions, Supply Ordering )
Adjust schedule to compensate for absent staff to ensure continuous operations with out interruption
Scan daily documents into the proper data archive locations.
Become a super user in Nexxus and LabDaq
Set up new clients in the portal, Set up new users in the portal
Become a trainer for new clients and refresh training for new employees at current clients.
Support CEO / COO with Client Satisfaction Engagement Activities that may include research, data acquisition, on site visits to clients locations.
Other job duties as assigned
