The Executive Assistant – HR and Admin is responsible for providing high-level support to senior management while handling key HR and administrative functions. This role involves managing schedules, coordinating communication, maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment and onboarding, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and capable of managing confidential information while multitasking across executive, HR, and administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Executive Support

  • Managing calendars, meetings, and travel for senior executives
  • Acting as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders

2. HR Responsibilities

  • Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and exit formalities
  • Maintaining employee records and HR documentation
  • Coordinating training, employee engagement, and performance review processes
  • Supporting payroll, attendance, and leave management
  • Implementing HR policies and ensuring compliance

3. Administrative Responsibilities

  • Overseeing office operations
  • Maintaining office documentation, contracts, and compliance records
  • Supporting company events

Requirements:

Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience in HR and Admin.

Technical Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources (BBA/BA/B.Com with HR)
  • Experience supporting senior leadership is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
