Reports to: CEO / Human Resources Director
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, or related field.
- Equivalent experience may be considered.
- Minimum of 3+ years of combined experience in executive support and/or human resources management.
- Experience supporting senior leadership (ideally C-level) in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with HR operations for organizations of 50+ employees.
- Demonstrated success managing administrative processes, recruiting coordination, and employee relations.
- Proficiency in productivity and HR tools (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, HRIS systems, calendar and travel platforms).
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Preferred: Experience in the government contracting (GOVCON) sector and familiarity with compliance frameworks.
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or equivalent HR certification preferred.
- None required for hire, but professional certification is encouraged.

- Prepare agendas, briefings, and follow-ups for internal and external meetings.
- Draft, edit, and manage executive correspondence, presentations, and reports.
- Act as the primary liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
- Anticipate needs, manage shifting priorities, and ensure the executive is fully briefed.
- Maintain and improve organizational systems for scheduling, communication, and workflow efficiency.
- Human Resources Management: Support the execution of the organization’s HR strategy and alignment with business objectives.
- Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining HR policies, handbooks, and compliance documentation.
- Manage HRIS data accuracy and reporting; support workforce analytics.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and reporting requirements.
- Support end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Maintain job descriptions, coordinate interviews, and conduct background/reference checks.
- Partner with management to identify training and development needs.
- Serve as a first point of contact for employee questions and concerns.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that encourages engagement and retention.
- Mediate minor conflicts, promote open communication, and ensure fair resolution processes.
- Coordinate company-wide morale and recognition initiatives.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance and market competitiveness.
- Support the performance management cycle — goal setting, reviews, and feedback tracking.
- Assist with workforce planning and succession initiatives.
- Technical Proficiency: Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, HRIS, and CRM platforms.

- Occasional travel (domestic/international) for business or HR events.
- Flexibility to work outside standard hours as needed for cross-time-zone meetings or urgent priorities.
