The Executive Assistant II is a trusted strategic partner providing high‑level administrative, operational, and project support to the COO (MMC Portland Executive) and the Vice President of Operations. This role plays a pivotal part in enabling executive effectiveness and advancing organizational priorities through exceptional attention to detail, sound judgment, and a high degree of emotional intelligence.

The Executive Assistant II proactively anticipates needs, closes loops, and ensures timely, professional follow‑through across a dynamic portfolio of executive priorities. Serving as a key liaison, this individual collaborates effectively with senior leaders, internal teams, consultants, and external stakeholders, demonstrating strong communication skills and discretion at all times. In addition to executive support, the role includes responsibility for coordinating projects and executive‑level events, bringing structure, organization, and polish to complex initiatives in support of the organization’s mission.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)


  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • License/Certifications: N/A
  • Experience: Five years of experience in an administrative support role required with two years providing executive leader support.
  • Additional Skills/Requirements Required: Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: N/A
