Executive Assistant-Mandarin Required

We are hiring an Executive Assistant to support the CEO.

This role goes beyond traditional admin work — we’re looking for someone with basic business understanding and strong execution skills, who can support decision-making and keep things moving efficiently.

You will work closely with the CEO on daily operations, projects, and business-related tasks, gaining direct exposure to real estate investments and management.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders (partners, investors, vendors)
  • Track key projects and ensure timely execution
  • Prepare meeting materials, reports, and summaries
  • Support basic business analysis
  • Assist with real estate-related tasks (documents, coordination, due diligence support)
  • Handle ad hoc and occasional personal tasks

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related fields preferred)
  • 1–3 years of experience (strong fresh grads with business sense are welcome)
  • Basic understanding of business concepts (e.g. ROI, market trends, cost structure)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly reliable
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin
  • Flexible schedule and willing to travel with the CEO when needed

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
