This is not your typical assistant position.

We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, and creative individual to help drive the growth of our practice through marketing, organization, and execution.

You’ll work directly with leadership to ensure our marketing, systems, and patient experience run smoothly — and most importantly, consistently.

Responsibilities

Marketing & Content

• Manage social media (posting, stories, content capture)
• Assist with email campaigns and newsletters
• Help generate and manage patient feedback

Community & Growth

• Coordinate local events and partnerships
• Follow up with referral sources and local businesses

Organization & Execution

• Maintain marketing calendar and projects
• Plan and organize monthly and quarterly team lunches/meetings
• Coordinate gifts, thank-you touches for team and departments
• Track basic metrics (new patients, referrals, ROI)
• Provide daily updates on completed tasks and priorities

What We’re Looking For

• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Proactive and able to work independently
• Comfortable with social media and content creation
• Strong communication and people skills
• Positive, team-oriented attitude

Bonus (Not Required)

• Experience in marketing, dental, or healthcare
• Basic graphic design or video editing skills
