Executive Assistant + Marketing Manager

We are seeking a very organized, self-motivated and detail-oriented individual. This is a hybrid role: Executive Assistant + Marketing Manager.

You will be helping us run 3 companies in the jewelry/dental industry. All 3 companies are rapidly growing and operated out of the same office in the jewelry district in Downtown Los Angeles.

Your tasks will include, but not be limited to:

• Admin/Executive Assistant Work
• Customer Service (In-Person and over Email/Phone)
• Digital Marketing (Instagram/Tik Tok Growth, Manage Brand Ambassador Program)
• Order fulfillment (shipping, invoicing, capturing product photos/videos in product tent)

Job Details

• Part Time (Approximately 25 hours per week)
• In-Office (Downtown Los Angeles)

Specific Skills

• Assistant in everyday business operations
• Social Media account growth (Instagram/Tik Tok)
• Proficient in general office computer software (working in different softwares/portals/email accounts)
