This is a highly corporate position, where we are seeking EA’s who have been intrinsically involved in start-up and entrepreneurial business operations and can work in progressive environments, assisting across the whole office support spectrum. Research capability, coupled with the ability to conduct feasibility reports and present findings through conclusive and clear methodology will also be important. Candidates shortlisted will need to be commercially aware and very forward thinking. The role is effectively the gatekeeper to the senior leadership and as such we are seeking the highest levels of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion to be demonstrated. Hence, proven experience managing multiple senior individuals is essential and candidates should be able to build effective relationships across the wider business. You will have a very flexible attitude, show strong initiative and a problem solving approach. Candidates will ideally have a strong background from within the professional services sector and ideally from investment banking/ asset management / private wealth. We are looking for clear commitment and stability from previous roles and demonstrated ability to engage with stakeholders. This is a superb opportunity to join a growing organisation with a strong core team, and this role is pivotal in supporting them as they continue to develop the business.
